Outplacement

Providing outplacement services to separating employees is not just the responsible thing to do; outplacement also makes sound business sense. The quality of one’s experience with an outplacement provider affects how separated employees, your remaining staff, and even your community will judge your company.

For the person being terminated, finding new employment and dealing with issues of self-worth and pride can be overwhelming – unless they are guided by an experienced outplacement counselor. With outplacement, they are much more likely to find a fulfilling and appropriate job, and find it faster. That kind of success reduces the length of unemployment, as well as the terminated employee’s financial difficulties and emotional stress. It also reduces the likelihood that the employee would resort to a termination-related lawsuit.

Outplacement clients no longer need an outplacement firm to provide them with office space and access to office equipment. Rather than providing office space and typists, we focus on providing what they really need – one-on-one guidance from an experienced outplacement consultant, who creates an action plan tailored to their unique needs, and works with them to reach their goals as quickly as possible.

Outplacement Packages
Although we work with all types of employees, the majority of our outplacement clients are experienced managers, executives, and professionals. We provide outplacement for a very reasonable monthly fee, and for the number of months chosen by the employer.
